Emmary Nicholson - REALTOR® (AKA "The Gadsden Girl)

 

Emmary Nicholson is the newest member of the TucsonKent Group.  “The Gadsden Girl” brings a fresh perspective to the group as a new Tucson resident.  Relocation, especially military relocation is a strength of hers – having served 13 years as an Army wife.  Em is also a licensed agent in New Mexico with expertise in Las Cruces (the Gadsden Purchase of 1853 brought southern New Mexico & Arizona to the United States).

With a background in broadcasting of 20 years, Emmary contributes her in-depth knowledge of media & marketing in addition to a common-sense approach to handling issues.  A rising star in the social media arena, Em has been responsible for the marketing success of several restaurants in the Las Cruces, NM area – building & enhancing Facebook, Twitter & geo-location based services that increased their business.

Emmary is a Chi Omega alumnae, active with Tucson’s literacy organizations and with animal rescue and welfare groups.
