Feldman’s Neighborhood

Feldman’s Neighborhood is located to the northeast of the University, just across Speedway Boulevard.

Here’s you’ll find more modest homes of stucco/adobe and colonial craftsman styles.  Many sit on narrow, long lots and have guest houses in the back.  In the middle of the neighborhood, you’ll find St. Luke’s in the Desert which was once a tuberculosis asylum.  Now, it is a retirement community.
